Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship from Barcelona, Spain, to destinations within Europe using Correos (Spain's national postal service). Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. They do not include order processing time, which is typically 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Fragile Items

All our products are handmade borosilicate glass. We take great care in packaging every order with protective materials to ensure your items arrive safely. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned to withstand transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway (outside the European Union customs territory), additional customs duties, import VAT, or brokerage fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the local customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Prices displayed in our store include Spanish VAT (IVA 21%).

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the transport company assumes responsibility for delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Under EU consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the item(s) and contact us at info@78glass.tips.

For damage caused in transit we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, as this greatly assists us in pursuing a claim with the carrier. This is a recommendation, not a deadline — your rights under the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity remain fully applicable regardless.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch. We will provide your tracking number and carrier contact details so we can resolve the issue together.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs for reshipment will be borne by the customer.
